HERING/RODRIGUE FAREWELL

Our Savior Lutheran Church and School will hold a farewell reception for the Mrs. Hering and Mrs. Rodrigue between the 8:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. services on Sunday, June 10 in the Family Life Center lower lobby. Plan on attending between 9:15 a.m. and 10:15 a.m.

We wish God’s blessings to our young folks who were confirmed last weekend! What blessings might we wish for them? How about strong faith, comfort in God’s promises, confidence in God’s love and care, assurance of God’s forgiveness, appreciation for receiving Christ’s true body and blood, and joy in serving their Savior! Sounds like a great list for all of us!

AWAKE AND ALIVE

Awake and Alive summer one-day group gathering for 18 to 25 year olds:  Are you 18 to 25 and looking for Christian inspiration and community? Do you want to BE a Christian inspiration to your community around you? We want you to join us for the Awake and Alive One-Day gathering on June 10, 2018 as we lay the foundation for our journey together this summer.

Pastor James Hein will be leading us in a discussion about “Yes, I’m saved. Now what?”-Working the eternal implications of a timeless gospel into a daily life. Join us in person at St. Paul’s Muskego from 5pm to 9pm or via the live stream that starts at 6:30pm. Tickets are free. Registration and more information can be found at awakealive.com. HEARTS TO HANDS

Join Hearts to Hands Monday, May 14 at 6:30 pm in the mezzanine of the school building.  All are welcome, beginners and experienced alike.  We have hooks. needles, and yarn to share.  Hope to see you there.
