Dear Friends,
Have you thought much about angels lately? Consider how the Bible describes them: huge in number, spirit beings, holy, powerful. Consider their functions: protect us, serve us, carry out God’s will, gather believers on Judgment Day, deliver messages. When you contemplate angels’ characteristics and actions, you naturally conclude just how important they are – to you and to me! They are watching over you now. While we don’t pray to them or worship them, let us thank God for them! He created them for our good. They love to serve God.
“Praise the Lord, you his angels, you mighty ones who do his bidding, who obey his Word” (Psalm 103:20).
