A Stewards Prayer of Thanks. Lord, we all need You as our Shepherd. Thank You for always being there for us. Thank You for your care and compassion. Thank You for giving us the privilege of serving You as we tell others of Your wonderful love. Thank you for giving us the privilege of responding to the good news of your love with our time, treasures and talents. In Your precious name we pray. Amen.
COLLEGE STUDENTS/FAMILIES
Look for the College Roll Information Form in your box. Please complete and return to Tom Hering or the Church office as soon as possible, no later than Labor Day, if possible. If you are a college student and did not receive a form in your box there are additional forms on the table in back of church.
SIGN UP TO BE A PART OF THE COLLEGE ROLL PARTNER PROGRAM
This ministry exists to provide an opportunity for God’s people at Our Savior to pray for and to serve, encourage, and contribute to the needs” of our college students through a simple, yet meaningful, partner program. If you are interested in this ministry please complete the sign-up sheet that you received in your mailbox and return it to the church office mail slot. CHURCH PICNIC ASSISTANCE
Help needed for picnic set-up, serving and clean-up! See the sign-up sheets and details on the table in the church entry area. Note especially the need for helpers for Saturday (August 26) set-up at 3 pm and servers Sunday morning!
GIFT CARD COLLECTION FOR OUR NEW TEACHERS AND THEIR FAMILY
As a welcome gift for our new teachers Mrs. Emily Rodrigue and Mrs. Amanda Hering and their family, we will be collecting Scrip gift cards for them. We will be selling Scrip gift cards for this collection during the remaining Sundays in July and the first Sunday in August. We will then equally divide the collection and present the gift cards to them when they are installed on August 13. There is a wide variety of gift cards from which to choose. Here is a sampling of some of the cards available – Target, Shopko, Meijer, Roundy’s, Sendik’s, Home Depot, Menard’s, Piggly Wiggly, Culver’s, Pizza Hut, Papa Murphey’s and Papa John’s. When ordering Scrip, just let us know which cards are for this collection.

KML’s annual Celebration of Ministry
Service will take place on Friday, September 8, at 7:40 AM in the KML Performing Arts Center Auditorium. Doors open at 7:15 AM. You are invited to join us as we offer our praise to God for allowing KML to begin the 44th year of instructing our youth in the truth of God’s Word.
Seeking TI-84 Calculators!
Do you have a TI-84 calculator that is broken or that you are no longer using? Do you have the means to purchase a TI-84 for a needy student? Consider making a donation to the KML math department. KML is building a supply of TI-84 calculators that can be loaned out to those students/families who request financial aid to offset the purchase of a new calculator. Employment Opportunity: Cafeteria Cook
Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary has a Cafeteria Cook position available. Candidates must have a basic understanding of nutrition, health, and safety requirements. Two years of experience in food preparation is required. Strong communication and people skills, along with being able to take direction, are essential. This individual will be responsible for preparation, service, and cleanup of the supper meal for the student body. Work schedule during the school session is Monday-Thursday 11:00 a.m.-7:15 p.m. Position requires hours during special events throughout the school year and two weeks during the summer months.
