    Our Savior Lutheran School Home-Made Pizza Sale

    Delicious, home-made, fresh pizzas for sale! Sell to friends, family, co-workers, etc.  Money raised is used for a variety of non-budgeted items and events sponsored by the PTF.

    Please help us reach our goal of 800 pizzas!

    • Take orders from now until Friday, November 2nd
    • Collect money as you sell. (Checks made payable to: “Our Savior PTF” )
    • NEW this year – for supporters who are not fond of pizza or have no freezer space, there is also an option to simply provide a monetary donation on the form.

    IMPORTANT: All pizzas must be picked up on Saturday, November 17th, from noon – 1:00 p.m. We will not be able to store pizza orders. Pizzas are fresh, not frozen, but they freeze perfectly.

    Volunteer

    Don’t forget to sign up to help make pizzas on November 17th! Assembly and cleanup will be from 8:00 – 11:00 a.m. Please let us know if you can come for all or part of that time.  It is important for us to know for planning purposes.

    Chili Cook Off 2018

    When

    Friday, November 2, beginning at 6 pm

    What

    The Board of Stewardship is pleased to invite all members and friends of Our Savior to the annual Chili Contest night. There is no need to sign up in order to attend. Simply join us!

    If you would like to enter a pot of chili for the contest, please sign up on the sheet in the church entry way. (All who enter the contest should arrive with the chili by 5:40 pm.) Taste testing will begin shortly after 6 pm.  All who attend and are high school and older may serve as judges.

    This is a family activity. Babysitting will not be provided. Come one, come all… and enjoy the fellowship of brothers and sisters in Christ!

    Cost

    FREE! Hot dogs, chips, chili and dessert will be provided for all who attend.

    Trunk or Treat and Fall Family Fun Night 2018

    When

    Friday, October 19th @ 6pm

    What

    The event will begin at 6pm with a “trunk or treat” in the upper parking lot and will move inside to the Family Life Center and gym at 6:30pm for a movie, board games/activities, photo area, coloring station and snacks.  Please have your children leave their candy in the car and bring a pillow and/or blanket to watch the movie on the gym floor.

    Trunk or Treat? The basic idea behind “trunk or treat” is that families decorate the trunks of their cars, and the children go from car to car collecting candy, small trinkets, or playing games.   If you are unfamiliar with trunk or treat – we encourage you to look online for fun ideas.

    Costumes and trunk decorating are encouraged – however, please remember to use sound Christian judgment when selecting costumes and décor.  You do not need to decorate a trunk to participate.

    Cost

    The event is FREE and open to all Our Savior, St. Matthew’s, and St. John’s families and friends.

    Please sign up by Monday, October 15th.  We will be doing a supply drive for items for the  Lighthouse youth center.

    Join Our Savior Lutheran School’s PTF in helping our neighbors at RiverEdge Nature Center on Saturday, September 15th from 9:45am – 2pm. This half-day event is a great opportunity to meet new students or spend a few hours with friends just as school starts up. In support of our WELS accreditation efforts, we have made it our goal to provide opportunities for our school to get more involved in the local community.
